Before Requesting a Refund
- Read the product’s installation guide and documentation.
- Check the product’s support forum, Facebook Community page, and Blog for potential solutions to your issue.
- Contact the Support team to find a solution for the issue you’re facing.
- Ensure the product is used for its intended function by referring to the product description.
Asking For Refunds
We regret to see you go, but if you’ve tried XSTheme premium products and decided they are not suitable for you, we’ll happily refund your purchase within 30 days.
Provide details about the reason for your refund to help us understand what went wrong and improve our products. For a damaged digital product, we may request a link and/or a screenshot of the issue to be sent to our sales/support team.
Please note your refund will be eligible under the following circumstances:
- The product is completely non-functional.
- You’ve opened a support ticket using the authorized email within 48 hours (business days) but received no response.
- The product’s description on the product page was fully misleading.
- When Not to Expect a Refund
We do not refund based on non-existing feature requests.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following circumstances:
- Renewals or upgrades will not be eligible for refunds.
- Evidence of fraud or unlawful behavior.
- Refunds only issued for first purchases within the first 30 days.
- Requesting a feature that doesn’t exist on our demo site and/or in the PRO plugin(s).
- Mistaken purchases, downloaded products, or activated license keys.
- Purchase made by an employee or inmate using your payment method with legal access.
- Refusal to provide support staff with access to investigate issues.
- More than 30 days have passed without adding at least one ticket about the issue on xstheme Helpdesk.
- No refund for items purchased at a discounted price.
- Refunds are issued to the payment method used for the subscription.
What to Keep In Mind
xstheme offers a full refund within 30 days from the payment date, subject to eligibility. By requesting a refund, you are canceling your xstheme premium product(s) subscription, resulting in losing access to premium products and their widgets.
Your license will be deactivated immediately upon refund, and premium feature restrictions will apply within 24 hours. Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account based on your region.
